Ailis has worked in the beauty and make-up industry throughout her career and joined The Glasshouse Clinic in October 2018. Previous positions have included roles as a make-up artist for Harrods, as a skincare specialist and lead make-up artist for Clarins and as a senior customer service advisor Fortius Clinic.
As our senior receptionist Ailis’s role is to assist with the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring that patients are always greeted warmly and that their treatment journeys are delivered to the highest level of customer service, always meeting or exceeding expectation.
Moving from beauty to aesthetics was a natural step for Ailis, who was keen to broaden her knowledge and experience. She is passionate about the industry and the benefits that high quality treatments can bring to patients. One of the things she loves most about The Glasshouse Clinic is the strong and trusting relationship between the patient and the clinic team and the depth of experience and expertise that The Glasshouse provides.
Much of her life outside of work is spent with her English bulldog Alfie, in particular taking him for long walks in the country. Ailis also loves spending time with family and friends and discovering new restaurants and cocktail bars.
