Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Anti-wrinkle injections using botulinum toxin (Botox) are one of our most popular treatments and are often part of many of our patients anti-ageing treatment plans. We use them to treat the facial fine lines and wrinkles that appear naturally as part of the ageing process. This includes conditions such as crow’s feet, forehead lines, frown lines (elevens), vertical lip lines, bunny lines (nasalis) and lines or bands on the neck.
This treatment delivers a natural, fresher, rejuvenated look, helping to subtly pause the signs of ageing. Our expertise in injectable treatments means that we can carefully tailor your treatment to the look you wish to achieve, gently softening and reducing unwanted lines and wrinkles or removing them altogether over time. Your desired outcome will be discussed with you during your pre-treatment consultation.
Our experienced, qualified nurse will administer extremely small quantities of Botulinum Toxin into the muscles being treated. Botulinum Toxin works by relaxing the facial muscles that have contracted with age and have caused lines or wrinkles to appear. Treatment will usually involve several tiny injections to treat a specific area, with results seen within up to 2 weeks and typically lasting for 3-4 months. There is virtually no down time required with this treatment.
We also use Botulinum Toxin injections to treat excessive sweating.

Anti-wrinkle injections are suitable for anyone wishing to have fine lines or wrinkles on the face or neck softened or removed. However this treatment is not suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or undergoing IVF treatment. Your medical history will be considered at your consultation.
Botox injections are very safe, provided they are given by an appropriately trained healthcare professional. Our medically qualified nurses are vastly experienced and due to their expertise, we are proud to say that we have not had a single safety concern since we opened our doors over 10 years ago.
You may feel very mild discomfort when injections are made, but nothing more.
A small bump may occur where treatment has been administered. This usually settles within 5-10 minutes. Occasionally a small pinprick bruise may also occur. We offer all patients make-up using a concealer after their treatment, to ensure you leave us feeling confident and looking fabulous.
You should usually allow about 10 minutes for any small bumps to subside. You will be given full aftercare advice at the end of your treatment.
